  2. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR NOGI'S ERICSSON MELODY PLAYER

  4. NOTICE:
  5. THIS IS A LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT. BY INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS
  6. AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  8. The term "software" will refer to Nogi's Ericsson Melody Player, NEMP or NEMP98.
  9. The term "author" will refer to Noeneel Sharma
  10.  
  11. Please take the time to read this Agreement carefully as at the end, you will be asked to accept this agreement and continue to install. If you do not wish to accept this Agreement, you must exit the software installation immediately.

  13. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, the author grants to you a nonexclusive license to use the software, provided that you agree to the following:

  15. 1. Liability 
  16. The author is not liable for any damages caused by the software whether directly or indirectly.

  18. 2. Storage
  19. You may install the software on a hard disk or other storage device.
  20.  
  21. 3. Distribution
  22. You may distribute the software as long as:
  23. (a) it is not used for commercial reasons
  24. (b) the software is distributed "as is" and is not modified in any way
  25.  
  26. 4. Copyright and Trademark Rights
  27. The software is owned by Noeneel Sharma; All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
